Carter Shows is pleased to announce the return of Carnival Diablo at select fairs and festivals. Carnival Diablo is made up of two things, Prof. Crookshank’s Traveling Medicine Show and World of Wonders, a menagerie of Freaks and Strange artifacts. The Medicine show will have scheduled shows during each event, the World of Wonders will be open during midway hours, unless otherwise listed.

Ladies and gentleman! Gather around and step back in time as you witness Prof. Crookshank’s Traveling Medicine Show! A stranger has come to town, bringing with him mysteries and wonders that will astound and confound even the most jaded townsfolk.
Prof. Crookshank is a purveyor of wonderment, with something inside his valise that is guaranteed to tickle the funny bone and make you scratch your head.
Professor Crookshank’s Traveling Medicine Show includes comedy, magic and a spoonful of quackery, loaded with audience participation and laughs galore, this show is a guaranteed winner!

The World of Wonders
The most popular Attraction on the lot was the WORLD OF WONDERS a menagerie of Freaks and Strange artifacts.
In 1991 Scott McClelland procured his Grandfather’s estate and in 1992 opened a tourist attraction called Carnival Diablo.
Over the years, this attraction has become more and more popular and in 2001 Carnival Diablo’s World of Wonders started traveling to All of the Major Exhibitions across Canada with Conklin Shows and has been showcased in 2009 at Carnivale Lune Bleue and as a Special attraction showcased at the Ottawa Super Ex in 2010. For the past 14 years Diablo’s World of Wonders has been seen by thousands of people across the country. Every year Carnival Diablo has been garnering International Press for being one of the most Intriguing Attractions on the Carnival. There is NOTHING like it in Canada! We offer something totally unique to the Outdoor Event Industry!
